Product Manager RIS

About the role

The Product Manager – RIS will be the primary technical and operational expert for Roche Information Solutions (RIS) digital products, including Lab Insights and Healthcare Insights, across the United Arab Emirates region. You will work closely with global product hubs to drive software lifecycle management, phase‑in/phase‑out implementations and ensure commercial success of complex digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the RIS portfolio lifecycle, overseeing product introductions, phase‑in/phase‑out transitions and ensuring uninterrupted service for customers.
• Provide detailed technical tender support, delivering software specifications, IT architecture requirements and data security documentation for hospital IT and laboratory informatics procurements.
• Equip local sales teams with specialized software training and coordinate centralized marketing notifications, material introductions and customer presentations.
• Collaborate with cross‑border teams to align global digital solutions with local field execution, protecting and growing market share.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in product management or related roles within digital health or healthcare IT.
• Strong understanding of healthcare data analytics, health informatics and laboratory information systems.
• Proven ability to work in highly competitive tender environments and deliver technical wins.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers, sales teams and global product hubs.
