Product Manager Trading

About the role

As the Trading Product Manager for FNmarkets, you will shape the vision and roadmap of our trading and brokerage ecosystem. You will work at the intersection of user experience, business goals, and regulatory compliance to deliver high‑impact fintech products.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap for trading platforms (e.g., MT5, cTrader).
• Align product initiatives with market opportunities, user needs, and business objectives.
• Prioritize the product backlog, write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Operations to ensure on‑time, high‑quality releases.
• Lead internal rollouts, training, and adoption across support teams.
• Set product success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate based on data and feedback.
• Work closely with Compliance and Risk to guarantee regulatory alignment.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech or brokerage environments.
• Strong technical literacy to evaluate AI solutions and collaborate on APIs, database structures, and system architecture.
• Proven ability to apply data‑driven prioritization frameworks such as RICE or Kano.
• Excellent communication skills for translating business goals into technical requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
