Product Manager Trading Platforms

About the role

ADSS, a fast‑growing retail and institutional brokerage in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a Product Manager for its Trading Platforms. The role will own the stability, performance and evolution of the ADSS Trader, Meta and TradingView platforms as the company transforms into a data‑driven, client‑centric enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the end‑to‑end roadmap for all trading platforms, aligning with ADSS’s 2026 strategic architecture.
• Conduct market and competitor benchmarking to identify enhancements to execution flow, charting, analytics and platform tools.
• Gather requirements from traders, sales, dealing desk and customers, translate them into BRDs/PRDs and work with engineering to deliver incremental releases.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration to ensure a consistent user experience across ADSS Trader, Meta and TradingView.
• Expand platform capabilities such as new order types, time‑in‑force options, risk controls and analytics.
• Coordinate with external vendors, manage releases, and govern platform environments.
• Monitor platform performance, stability and scalability, and drive continuous improvement based on data insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (≈60 months) of experience in product management or platform ownership within trading or fintech environments.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams including engineering, trading, risk and external partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience translating business needs into technical specifications.
