About the role
Dicetek LLC is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support its Retail and Corporate Banking initiatives in Abu Dhabi. The role will focus on driving digital transformation, improving customer onboarding processes and managing the full customer lifecycle across core banking platforms.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of proven Business Analyst experience within banking or financial services, with a track record of delivering successful projects.
- Deep knowledge of Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Digital Banking channels, customer onboarding, lifecycle management and core banking systems.
