Product Marketing Manager – Window Fashion

About the role

SOMFY Projects is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for its Window Fashion portfolio in Dubai. The role will shape the long‑term portfolio strategy, define compelling value propositions and drive go‑to‑market execution for motorized blinds, shutters and awnings across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Shape portfolio strategy by analysing market trends, customer insights and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Define and evolve portfolio value propositions, segmentation, solution positioning and feature prioritisation.
• Lead launch, enhancement, simplification and end‑of‑life decisions while monitoring commercial performance and profitability.
• Coordinate global go‑to‑market execution, ensuring launch readiness and alignment with the DEVELOP methodology.
• Partner with IDT, Sales, Finance, Brand & Communication, Customer Marketing and Market Research to align priorities and build business cases.
• Create global communication and sales enablement toolkits, provide competitive intelligence and training support to regional teams.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience in product marketing or global marketing within the Window Fashion sector.
• Strong understanding of customer and end‑user needs with ability to translate insights into portfolio decisions.
• Strategic thinking, data‑driven decision making and results‑oriented mindset.
• Leadership, influence and proven cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in go‑to‑market execution and international product launches.
• Ability to structure and drive innovation pipeline roadmaps.
