Programmer (Full‑Stack)

About the role

Al Dar University College is seeking a motivated Programmer to join its IT team in Dubai. The role involves developing, testing, and supporting web and mobile applications while ensuring high‑quality delivery within an SDLC framework.

Key responsibilities

• Continuously monitor the service desk application incident queue.
• Work with end users to diagnose, test, and implement solutions, documenting them in the knowledge base.
• Design, develop, test, integrate, and support applications following SDLC best practices.
• Resolve application defects and contribute to quality assurance processes.
• Develop and maintain Python‑based web applications using frameworks such as Django or Flask.
• Participate in mobile application development projects.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of professional experience in software development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python and at least one Python web framework (Django, Flask, etc.).
• Experience with ASP.NET, PHP, HTML5, jQuery, CSS, Bootstrap and SQL.
• Familiarity with ORM libraries and mobile application development.
• Knowledge of Quality Assurance methodologies and ability to document solutions.
