IT Executive

About the role

The IT Executive will lead the hotel’s technology strategy, ensuring that all IT initiatives align with the group’s standards while supporting day‑to‑day operations in a vibrant, multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage implementation of the hotel IT plan in line with group strategy, controlling budgets, timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee daily IT support, network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), user access control and hardware configuration.
• Assess, upgrade and secure hotel IT systems to guarantee scalability, reliability and compliance.
• Lead audio‑visual services for meeting rooms, events and VIP guest support.
• Supervise the IT department, promote teamwork, ensure health‑safety compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (Master’s preferred).
• At least 3 years of IT experience, preferably in international hospitality.
• Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of IT processes, applications, databases and security standards.
• Good budgeting, planning and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• LAN and WAN network design, installation and maintenance.
• Audio‑visual (AV) system setup and troubleshooting.
• IT support services, user access control and hardware configuration.
• Understanding of hotel operations and guest information management systems.
