Project Manager – SilkRunner AI Platform

About the role

SilkRunner is spiderSilk’s AI‑orchestration platform that plans, executes and supervises multi‑step workflows across an organization’s tools and data. As the Project Manager you will lead end‑to‑end SilkRunner deployments, own strategic initiatives and ensure successful go‑live for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full delivery lifecycle – scoping, planning, execution, testing, deployment and post‑go‑live stabilisation.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs and regular status reporting.
• Establish governance cadence including stand‑ups, sprint reviews and steering committees.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage dependencies and track project health against KPIs.
• Act as the primary day‑to‑day contact for client project teams, run discovery sessions and translate requirements into actionable plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks early, control scope changes and maintain delivery quality standards.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in project management, delivery or consulting, preferably on complex IT transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑disciplinary SaaS, AI or process‑automation initiatives.
• Strong organisational and execution skills, able to bring structure to ambiguous situations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities, including senior‑level presentations.
• Experience running project governance – stand‑ups, sprint cycles, retrospectives and steering committees.
