Project Coordinator – Fitout Projects

About the role

The Project Coordinator will oversee fit‑out projects within the UAE, acting as the main liaison between clients, airport authorities, site teams and subcontractors. This role ensures that project milestones are met while maintaining strict safety and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients, airport authorities, site teams, and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and on‑site activities.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, material approvals, and project documentation.
• Support logistics, site‑access permits, and workforce coordination.
• Attend project meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with airport safety and operational requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of fit‑out project experience in the UAE.
• Experience in commercial, airport, or aviation projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fit‑out execution, subcontractor coordination and project workflows.
• Good understanding of UAE construction standards and authority procedures.
• Ability to read drawings, BOQs and specifications.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Familiarity with project management tools (advantage).
