Project Coordinator – Optimization Services

About the role

The Project Coordinator – Optimization Services will support Kaleris’ logistics and terminal optimisation initiatives in Dubai. The role involves planning, tracking and delivering projects on time, while ensuring alignment with client expectations and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project milestones, risks and change management activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered within budget and schedule.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Utilise project management tools such as MS Project and Jira to track progress.
• Travel to client sites as required for engagements.
• Work with Terminal Operating Systems, specifically Navis, to support optimisation efforts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in consulting, preferably shipping or logistics.
• Proven ability to manage projects on time and within budget.
• Strong client‑management and communication skills.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are a plus.
