Project Coordinator (UAE National)

About the role

Egis is looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support the smooth execution of multiple engineering and construction projects in Dubai. The role focuses on facilitating communication, managing resources, and assisting project teams to meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing, and tracking project activities.
• Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and presentations.
• Monitor project progress and report key metrics to management.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, preparing agendas and minutes.
• Manage project resources, including budget tracking and allocation.
• Identify potential risks and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
• Support onboarding and coordination of new team members as projects expand.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
