Project Engineer / Architect

About the role

Ali & Sons Real Estate is seeking a proactive Project Engineer / Architect to join its IFM/PMO Division in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will lead architectural design, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development across commercial projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, schedules, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Review contractor payments, claims, and project documentation.
• Support project closeout, snagging, testing & commissioning, and handover processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural engineering or project coordination within a consulting firm.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.
