Project Information Manager

About the role

Wood is seeking an experienced Project Information Manager to join a multi‑billion‑dollar EPC/EPCM programme delivering complex brownfield projects for a major UAE national energy company. The position is based in Abu Dhabi with regular visits to project sites and other execution locations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and maintain the project information environment, ensuring continuity and data quality across all phases.
• Identify and close gaps in systems, processes, and information readiness.
• Lead Document Control, Data Management and Engineering Systems teams.
• Act as the primary information management interface with project leadership, client, contractors, suppliers and delivery teams.
• Manage information flow for engineering, procurement, materials, construction, commissioning, handover and close‑out.

Required profile

• Proven experience in information management within large EPC/EPCM projects.
• Strong leadership skills to guide multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work on‑site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
