Project Manager – Liquid Cooling Solutions

About the role

CoolIT Systems, a global leader in direct liquid cooling for data centers and high‑performance computing, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end deployments across the UAE. You will work remotely, coordinating with customers, internal teams and vendors to deliver innovative cooling solutions that meet client requirements and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor liquid‑cooling projects from initiation through closeout, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Coordinate daily tasks with vendors, subcontractors and stakeholders, and manage post‑deployment maintenance.
• Design, validate and deliver technical solutions that comply with industry standards.
• Allocate resources such as materials, equipment and personnel efficiently.
• Control project budgets, monitor costs and adjust to prevent overruns.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety and quality standards.
• Interact directly with clients to capture requirements, provide updates and manage expectations.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing technical projects, preferably in IT, data‑center or high‑performance computing environments.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on risk and cost management.
