Project Manager - Offshore

About the role

Worley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead offshore projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on delivering projects safely, on time, and within budget while ensuring high‑quality outcomes for the Owner and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Champion the project safety culture and lead engagement activities.
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve project management issues during early work, EPC and FEED phases.
• Act on behalf of the Owner in all matters with the EPC/FEED contractor and coordinate project activities.
• Record Owner decisions, assess cost or schedule impacts, and obtain approvals before implementation.
• Attend project kick‑off and regular contractor meetings to establish schedules and procedures.
• Oversee the PMC group, appoint qualified personnel, and ensure competence across the contract scope.
• Provide independent consultancy, technical advice, and risk mitigation strategies.

Required profile

• Proven leadership in achieving HSSEQ goals and delivering projects safely.
• Strong experience managing PMC contracts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to allocate resources effectively to meet contractual requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with Owners and contractors.
