Project Manager (Part‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented Project Manager to join our Dubai team on a part‑time basis. The role will drive projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects simultaneously, delivering on time, within scope and budget while maintaining quality standards.
• Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, resources and budgets, and track progress using project management software.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including engineering, marketing and finance—to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Conduct regular project meetings, communicate updates, address concerns and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Identify risks, create mitigation strategies and employ risk management tools to protect project outcomes.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
• Facilitate training sessions on project management best practices for team members.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and ensure project results meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
