Project Manager / Senior Project Manager – Infrastructure

About the role

WSP is looking for an experienced Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead large‑scale infrastructure and master‑plan development projects across the UAE. The role will oversee multidisciplinary teams, manage client and stakeholder relationships, and ensure delivery against scope, schedule, budget and quality targets.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and deliver complex infrastructure and master‑plan projects from inception to completion.
• Lead multidisciplinary design and delivery teams across all project phases.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, schedules, resource forecasts and delivery strategies.
• Monitor performance, implement corrective actions and ensure projects meet time, cost and quality objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, government authorities, developers, contractors and partners.
• Facilitate project meetings, progress reviews and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Track budgets, forecasts, resource utilisation and commercial performance.
• Support contract administration, change management, risk mitigation and commercial reporting.

Required profile

• Strong technical engineering background, preferably in Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience delivering large‑scale infrastructure or master‑plan projects within the UAE.
• Demonstrated stakeholder and client management skills.
• Commercial awareness and a track record of delivering multidisciplinary programmes on time and within budget.
