Project Manager – Energy Services (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

Penspen is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale engineering projects for ADNOC and other energy clients in the UAE. The role is responsible for overall project performance, commercial success and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure project execution within time, budget and QHSE requirements by allocating resources, managing risks, opportunities and changes.
• Lead the delivery of detailed design scopes (Concept, FEED) and oversee engineering deliverables such as drawings, calculations, datasheets and material requisitions.
• Coordinate discipline groups, subcontractors and internal teams to maintain quality standards and avoid non‑value‑added work.
• Manage client relationships, financial close‑out, invoicing and ensure client satisfaction for repeat business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Minimum 15 years of project management experience, including at least 7 years with ADNOC (Onshore, Gas, Offshore).
• Proven experience managing large‑scale detailed design and EPC projects in the UAE/GCC region.
