Projects Interface Manager – Offshore Water Injection

About the role

The Projects Interface Manager is responsible for managing all project interfaces associated with the UZ Brownfield Offshore Water Injection Project. The role ensures effective coordination between offshore and onshore facilities, EPC contractors, vendors and stakeholders to integrate new water injection infrastructure safely and efficiently. It is critical for minimizing operational disruptions and delivering successful brownfield modifications, tie‑ins, shutdowns and commissioning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project Interface Management Plan, registers and action‑tracking systems.
• Coordinate integration of new water injection facilities with existing offshore production assets, including shutdown planning, tie‑ins and SIMOPS.
• Act as the primary focal point between project teams, operations, engineering, construction, commissioning and contractors, leading interface meetings and workshops.
• Support Project and Engineering Managers by identifying interface‑related risks, monitoring deliverables and resolving schedule conflicts.
• Identify, assess and mitigate interface risks, manage change (MOC) processes and capture lessons learned.
• Facilitate handover to operations by coordinating commissioning, start‑up activities and readiness reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 20–25 years of experience in offshore oil and gas projects, with proven brownfield execution and EPC/EPCM interface management.
• Previous experience with ADNOC Offshore or Middle‑East offshore projects is highly desirable.
