Projects Manager – Landscaping Projects

About the role

The Projects Manager will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of landscaping projects for Planters Horticulture in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position coordinates internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and timeline expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources from inception to completion.
• Coordinate material expediting, logistics planning, and site supervision.
• Monitor quality and safety standards, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and provide regular reports.
• Resolve on‑site challenges and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, horticulture or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Relevant experience in construction, landscaping or horticulture projects within the UAE.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace for scheduling, reporting and documentation.
