About the role

Royal Estates Dubai is seeking motivated Property Consultants to join its high‑performing real‑estate sales team in Business Bay. This commission‑based position offers the chance to work with premium off‑plan and secondary market listings while earning significant income through strong sales performance.

Key responsibilities

  • Close residential and commercial property transactions.
  • Engage with qualified buyers, investors, landlords, and property owners.
  • Manage off‑plan and secondary market listings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build long‑term client relationships and referral pipelines.
  • Provide professional real‑estate advisory services.

Required profile

  • Minimum 6 months experience in Dubai real‑estate sales (preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, follow‑up, and closing abilities.
  • Target‑driven and commission‑focused mindset.
  • RERA certification is an advantage.
  • Professionals seeking high earning potential and career growth.
