Public Relations Executive (Fashion & Beauty)

About the role

The Public Relations Executive will support Faux Consultancy’s Fashion & Beauty PR team in Dubai. This multifaceted position blends behind‑the‑scenes coordination with public‑facing activities, helping to amplify the visibility of luxury and niche fashion brands across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise daily with clients, media, influencers and other third parties to execute strategies defined by the PR Manager and Account Director.
• Build and maintain relationships with regional press, influencers and VIPs to leverage networks for client benefit.
• Monitor media coverage across newspapers, magazines, broadcasts, social platforms and blogs to identify pitching opportunities.
• Generate and maintain client press kits, draft press releases and media‑relations content aligned with brand strategies.
• Secure positive news coverage, schedule interviews, features and public appearances for clients.
• Support senior team members with reporting, monthly report compilation and administrative tasks.

Required profile

• Confident, proactive personality with a strong sense of personal responsibility.
• Professional disposition and determination to achieve results.
• Previous experience in a PR agency, preferably within fashion or beauty.
• Strong relationships with regional media and influencers and deep understanding of the GCC media landscape.
• Awareness of global fashion industry trends is an advantage.
