QA/QC Engineer

About the role

Azizi, a leading Dubai‑based developer, is expanding its onsite supervision team. As a QA/QC Engineer you will support the creation and implementation of project‑specific quality plans, ensuring all construction activities meet client and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct internal and external QA audits, reviews, and surveillances across multiple sites weekly.
• Verify contractor compliance with codes, specifications, method statements, inspection test plans, and construction drawings.
• Perform snagging and de‑snagging reviews and report quality issues or trends to the Project Manager.
• Support corrective actions for identified quality problems.
• Assess contractor technical submittals, including PQPs, MS, ITPs, material test reports, and NCRs.
• Provide input on project performance metrics and suggest process improvements to the QA/QC Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience on high‑rise and residential building projects.
• Mandatory consultancy experience in Dubai.
• Strong background in construction supervision, quality assurance, and quality control.
