QA/QC Inspector – Luxury Villa Projects

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented QA/QC Inspector to lead quality assurance and control activities on luxury villa construction projects. The role involves ensuring that all civil, architectural and finishing works meet approved drawings, specifications, and client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of civil, architectural and finishing works at every construction stage.
• Verify compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and ITPs.
• Inspect delivered materials and confirm they match approved submittals.
• Monitor concrete works, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, joinery and other finishes.
• Prepare and submit Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate inspections with consultants.
• Identify non‑conformities, issue NCRs and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports and project documentation.
• Ensure workmanship meets project quality standards and client expectations.
• Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors and consultants to resolve quality issues.
• Participate in internal quality audits and project handover inspections.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC inspection experience, with at least 3 years on villa or residential building projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures and testing requirements.
• Preferred experience in UAE/GCC villa construction.
• ISO 9001 or relevant QA/QC certification.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
