Quality Controller – Automotive Refurbishment

About the role

We are seeking an experienced automotive Quality Controller to ensure refurbished, repaired and painted vehicles meet the highest workmanship standards across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on vehicles after refurbishment, body repair and paint work.
• Identify and address quality concerns before vehicle release.
• Analyze repeat repair cases and recommend improvement measures.
• Support painters, panel beaters, technicians and supervisors to raise workmanship standards.
• Prepare and maintain inspection and repeat‑repair analysis reports.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the workshop.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
• Valid UAE driving licence (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years experience as a Quality Controller in an automotive dealership.
• Strong technical knowledge of vehicle body repair, paint and refurbishment.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work in a high‑volume, multicultural workshop.
