Quality Engineer Manager – Global Data Center Segment

About the role

We are looking for a senior Quality Engineer Manager to lead the end‑to‑end post‑order quality framework for Eaton’s Global Data Center Segment. Based in Dubai, the role will coordinate globally, ensuring quality is built into delivery rather than inspected after the fact.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the global post‑order quality strategy aligned with segment priorities and Eaton enterprise standards.
• Establish a single worldwide quality framework covering assurance, testing, process compliance and continuous improvement.
• Partner with the Post Order Director, Services, Engineering, PMO, OPEX and other functions to embed quality into execution.
• Implement global standards, assurance mechanisms, testing rigor and disciplined processes across regions, customers and service offers.
• Drive consistent, reliable and repeatable customer outcomes for hyperscale and colocation data‑center customers.
• Act as the central hub for quality coordination, working across time zones and functions to foster a “one Eaton” quality mindset.

Required profile

• Proven senior leader with extensive experience in quality management within industrial or data‑center environments.
• Strong track record of designing and governing global quality frameworks and continuous‑improvement programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence across regions, functions and senior leadership.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, globally distributed environment and travel as needed.
