Production Line Operator – Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Production Line Operator to join our fast‑paced manufacturing team in Umm Al Quwain. The role involves operating, monitoring and maintaining production machinery while ensuring products are assembled efficiently, safely and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate and tend manufacturing machinery and equipment on the production line according to standard operating procedures.
• Inspect raw materials and finished products regularly to identify defects or quality issues and report discrepancies.
• Safely assemble parts, handle materials and package finished goods for shipping or storage.
• Perform routine minor maintenance, clean equipment and workspaces, and troubleshoot basic mechanical or operational issues to minimise downtime.
• Strictly adhere to health, safety and environmental regulations, wearing required personal protective equipment at all times.
• Accurately record production data, output counts and downtime logs in shift reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Preferred 2+ years experience in manufacturing, warehouse or production line environment (training provided).
• Physical stamina to stand for long hours, perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects safely.
• Strong attention to detail with focus on product quality and safety protocols.
