Real Estate Agent – Dubai Business Bay (Part‑time)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing real‑estate sales company in Dubai looking for motivated agents to join our Business Bay team. The role is part‑time and focuses on promoting residential and investment properties to a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell residential and investment properties across Dubai.
• Develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations.
• Negotiate offers and support the sales process through to closing.
• Stay updated on market trends and new developments.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Dubai real‑estate sales is preferred; international experience is also welcome.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven and self‑disciplined.
• Excellent customer‑service and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Based in the UAE is preferred.
