Real Estate Broker / Property Consultant in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and results‑driven Real Estate Brokers / Property Consultants to join our growing brokerage team in Dubai. The role involves assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing residential and commercial properties while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation.
• Manage and qualify company‑generated leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and present suitable property options based on client requirements.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing strategies, investment opportunities, and property values.
• Negotiate offers, terms, and contracts between parties.
• Coordinate the complete sales and leasing process from inquiry to closing.
• Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate client records and update the CRM system regularly.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and leasing targets.
• Attend property launches, networking events, exhibitions, and developer presentations.
• Stay updated on Dubai real‑estate market trends, new projects, and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• RERA Broker Card is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License is preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Dubai real‑estate brokerage (preferred).
• Freshers with strong sales experience and excellent communication skills are welcome.
