About the role
Join a fast‑growing real‑estate brokerage in Dubai as a Real Estate Telesales Consultant. You will engage prospective buyers, sellers and renters over the phone, generate qualified leads and support the sales team in closing high‑value residential transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate new leads.
- Promote the company’s premium property portfolio and projects via calls and messages.
- Schedule meetings and property‑viewing appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up regularly with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain strong client relationships and deliver excellent customer service.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about projects and services.
- Update and manage customer data in CRM systems.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Required profile
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and persuasive telephone etiquette.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
