About the role
The Receptionist (Guest Experience Expert) at Aloft Abu Dhabi ensures a memorable and unique stay for guests, handling check‑in/out, luggage assistance, and local area guidance. The role requires a proactive, customer‑focused attitude and the ability to move around the property throughout the shift.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest check‑ins, check‑outs and handle operational transactions.
- Assist guests with luggage loading/unloading and transport to rooms or bell areas.
- Respond to guest requests, complete reports and share local highlights.
- Maintain a safe workplace, follow company policies, and uphold professional appearance.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience or specific licenses needed.
