About the role
The Guest Environment Expert at Aloft Abu Dhabi ensures the entire hotel environment is clean, safe, and welcoming, creating memorable experiences for guests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of guest rooms, public spaces, and back‑of‑house areas.
- Respond to guest requests, stock carts, and handle housekeeping duties such as cleaning, moving, lifting, and carrying objects up to 50 lb.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards while upholding quality and professional presentation.
Required profile
- Commitment to a safe workplace and adherence to company policies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
- Professional uniform, personal appearance, and communication.
