About the role
The Recreation Attendant greets guests with a warm welcome and assists them with all pool and beach area needs. You will respond promptly to guest requests, comments and concerns while ensuring a clean and safe environment, and you will handle resort property and inventory control.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome.
- Assist guests with pool and beach area needs, including towel service and furniture arrangement.
- Respond to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool/beach area, empty towel bins, and organize storage shelves.
- Confirm guest registration before issuing resort property.
- Monitor product inventory to minimize loss of resort property.
Required profile
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Neat, clean and well‑groomed appearance.
- Intermediate English language skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience as a cashier or using POS systems.
- Previous customer service experience.
