About the role
We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to join Golden Bricks Dubai’s talent acquisition team. Based in Dubai, you will play a key role in sourcing and hiring top real‑estate professionals to support our fast‑growing portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Create and publish job advertisements across relevant channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate pipeline in the ATS.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies for commission‑based agents and other roles.
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within the Dubai real‑estate sector.
- Proven track record hiring commission‑based agents.
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field (preferred).
Required skills
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment platforms.
