Recruiter – Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Allegiance Real Estate is seeking a driven Recruiter to join its expanding HR team in Dubai. You will be responsible for attracting, assessing and onboarding top talent across multiple functions in a fast‑moving real‑estate environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social media.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessment stages.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and deliver suitable talent.
• Maintain a robust candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Arrange interviews, assessments and extend offers while ensuring a professional candidate experience.
• Keep accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions or nationalities is a plus.
• Highly organized, proactive and able to manage several vacancies simultaneously.
