Recruitment Executive – High‑Volume Hospitality Hiring

About the role

Damac Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Recruitment Executive to join its Talent Acquisition team. The role focuses on high‑volume hiring across multiple hotel properties, supporting both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations. You will partner with hiring managers to ensure a fast, quality‑driven recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a wide range of hospitality roles across several properties.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, internal databases, referrals and other channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews, matching candidates to business requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers and reporting.
• Support offer negotiations, approvals and pre‑employment documentation.
• Collaborate with HR Operations and property teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for recurring and volume positions, meeting agreed time‑to‑fill targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within hotel groups or multi‑property hospitality environments.
• Proven track record of handling high‑volume hospitality recruitment.
• Strong understanding of hotel operational roles across Front of House, Back of House, F&B, Culinary, Rooms Division and Engineering.
• Excellent sourcing and candidate engagement abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
• Good knowledge of UAE hospitality recruitment practices; UAE experience preferred.
