About the role

The Emirates Group is seeking a Recruitment Partner focused on Emiratisation to manage end‑to‑end volume recruitment for assigned departments. You will act as a brand ambassador, attracting both expatriate talent and UAE nationals while ensuring a high‑quality hiring experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Understand departmental workforce needs, including Emiratisation targets, and develop cost‑effective attraction strategies.
  • Promote Emirates Group as an employer of choice through coordinated branding and marketing initiatives.
  • Provide data‑driven insights on offers, salary benchmarks, and recruitment challenges to senior HR and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to select appropriate recruitment channels such as internal vacancy notifications, job boards, career portals, and LinkedIn.
  • Design and implement selection methodologies (e.g., in‑tray exercises, assessment centres, digital assessments) with support from the Business Psychologist team.
  • Guide hiring managers in interpreting behavioural evidence and making selection decisions.
  • Source, shortlist, and engage candidates—both expatriates and UAE nationals—using LinkedIn, ATS systems, and university networks.
  • Continuously promote the Emiratisation agenda by actively identifying suitable UAE nationals.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a high‑volume or aviation environment.
  • Strong understanding of Emiratisation policies and ability to integrate them into recruitment plans.
  • Data‑analysis mindset to generate actionable recruitment metrics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with hiring managers and branding teams.
