Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead high‑volume, end‑to‑end hiring for guest‑facing and service‑oriented positions across multiple branches in the UAE. The role focuses on building strong talent pipelines in hospitality, airlines and cruise liner sectors while ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding hand‑over.
• Source candidates from hospitality, airlines and cruise liner industries.
• Develop and maintain networks with recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers and training institutes.
• Organise walk‑in drives and conduct on‑site interviews across Abu Dhabi, Dubai and other Emirates.
• Maintain a ready pipeline of pre‑screened candidates and partner with branch and operations managers on staffing needs.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as Time‑to‑Hire, Cost‑per‑Hire, pipeline health and retention.
• Support employer branding on LinkedIn and relevant job platforms.
• Ensure recruitment documentation complies with UAE labour requirements.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of dedicated recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven recruitment background in hospitality, airlines (cabin crew/ground staff) or cruise liners.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder and candidate management abilities.
• Willingness to travel across the UAE for recruitment activities.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
