Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist is a part-time, hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home. The role involves managing end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews for internal roles and client‑facing positions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and design job postings.
• Maintain talent pipelines and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support onboarding activities and contribute to recruitment‑related training and process improvement.
• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems.
• Collaborate with coaching and development teams to align hiring practices with the organisation’s strengths‑based, evidence‑driven philosophy.

Required profile

• Strong recruiting and full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in interviewing and candidate assessment using structured and competency‑based methods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience delivering or supporting training related to recruitment, interviewing, or onboarding.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and basic HR processes.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
