Refrigeration Technician

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Refrigeration Technician to deliver high‑quality maintenance and repair services for commercial refrigeration systems across our customer base in Dubai. The role involves troubleshooting, overhauling equipment, and ensuring optimal performance of a wide range of cooling installations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of refrigerant devices and systems.
• Overhaul open and semi‑hermetic compressors and service condensing units.
• Maintain and repair centralized refrigeration racks, remote cabinets and plug‑in units.
• Service cold rooms, walk‑in chillers, blast freezers and ice machines.
• Program and troubleshoot electronic and mechanical refrigeration controllers and remote monitoring systems.
• Braze defective joints, adjust valves and charge systems with the correct refrigerant.
• Estimate, order and install required materials and supplies.
• Prepare accurate records of repairs, replacements and fault causes.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in commercial refrigeration.
• Strong knowledge of supermarket refrigeration systems such as parallel rack, display cases and plug‑ins.
• Proficiency with refrigeration control and diagnostic platforms (e.g., Emerson E2, Danfoss, Carel).
• Valid UAE driver’s licence.
• Willingness to work on‑call and respond to emergency service calls.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders and work in cold environments.
