About the role
We are seeking a motivated, collaborative Regional Business Development Manager to join our International Strategy team, accelerating account growth and strategic commercial opportunities across the Middle East & Africa.
Key responsibilities
- Support the full sales lifecycle across regional accounts, from qualification to proposal development and contract closing.
- Assist regional partners with product enablement, ensuring demonstration equipment remains functional.
- Analyze regional market conditions, procurement timelines and customer needs to inform demand forecasting and strategic planning.
- Partner with engineering, product and operations teams to relay customer feedback and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
Required profile
- Secondary school or post‑secondary education in business, engineering or communications.
- Professional experience in sales, account management or business development within tactical communications, wireless technology or defence sectors.
