Regional Head of Supply Chain – International Markets

About the role

An exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing international FMCG business as Head of Supply Chain – International Markets. You will drive end‑to‑end supply chain performance across distributor‑led and emerging markets, linking global supply capabilities with commercial demand.

Key responsibilities

• Own demand and supply planning for multiple international markets, consolidating forecasts from distributors and commercial teams.
• Allocate production volumes across global manufacturing and co‑packing partners, optimizing sourcing points for cost, service and lead times.
• Manage export logistics, freight modes, routing and relationships with 3PL providers and freight forwarders.
• Serve as the primary supply chain contact for international distributors, aligning forecasts, ordering cycles and service expectations.
• Optimize freight and landed costs, inventory levels and working capital while reducing obsolete stock.
• Implement global S&OP standards, KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or planning within FMCG or similar industries.
• Strong background in international logistics and multi‑country supply chain operations.
• Experience in distributor‑led and emerging markets.
• Proven track record managing co‑packers, 3PLs and freight forwarders.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
