Regional Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Regional Human Resources Manager will lead the HR strategy for laboratory and field operations across the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Reporting to the CHRO and working closely with the Regional VP of Operations, you will support a multidisciplinary workforce that includes scientists, engineers, technicians and corporate staff.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with regional leadership to design and implement HR strategies aligned with business growth.
• Drive talent acquisition for highly specialized technical roles and manage onboarding pipelines.
• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations in each country.
• Support regional compensation structures, benefits programs and annual salary reviews.
• Lead performance management, succession planning and leadership development initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in multinational HR operations, preferably in regulated sectors such as oil & gas, energy services or laboratory services.
• Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence HR decisions.
• Experience managing HR across multiple countries in the Middle East and Asia Pacific.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws, compensation benchmarking and talent development.
