Regional Manager – Dubai

About the role

Kaplan is seeking a results‑driven Regional Manager to lead its education recruitment activities across the MENA region from Dubai. You will build strong stakeholder relationships, drive B2C recruitment growth and manage a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies to meet ambitious targets.
• Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring high performance and engagement.
• Grow B2C recruitment channels and establish agency partnerships.
• Maintain and expand relationships with schools, sponsors and agencies across MENA.
• Utilise Salesforce CRM to track leads, pipelines and performance metrics.
• Travel extensively throughout the region and work evenings or weekends as required for recruitment events.

Required profile

• Background in international education recruitment, higher education or international marketing.
• Proven line‑management experience with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
• University degree and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Goal‑driven, results‑oriented with strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the MENA region.
• Experience using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
