Regional Marketing Operations & Omnichannel Manager IMEA

About the role

Adisseo is looking for a hands‑on Regional Marketing Operations & Omnichannel Manager to own and execute all marketing activities across the IMEA region. This role combines campaign execution, platform administration and data‑driven performance tracking while directly managing two operational team members.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch and optimise omnichannel campaigns (email, social, web, webinars, distributor and partner channels) for 15+ IMEA markets.
• Own the regional campaign calendar, asset library and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Administer the marketing automation stack and its integration with the CRM – create audiences, workflows, forms, landing pages and nurture journeys.
• Develop and maintain campaign dashboards, reporting and lead‑to‑sales hand‑over processes.
• Track and report on campaign, event and sponsorship performance against KPIs (reach, engagement, lead volume, pipeline contribution, cost per lead).
• Maintain regional spend tracker, support forecasting, purchase‑order and payment follow‑up, and ensure budget visibility.
• Define and implement the IMEA marketing operations framework, including standard processes, templates and supplier structures.
• Manage external agencies and vendors while retaining full in‑house execution capability.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience building and executing omnichannel marketing campaigns.
• Ability to work directly in marketing platforms without relying on agencies.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data quality, segmentation and compliance.
• Experience line‑managing a small operational team and driving performance.
• Excellent collaboration skills with product marketing managers and sales teams.
