About the role
Our client is a fast‑growing B2B services platform serving enterprise and government customers across the GCC. The Regional Sales Director will lead enterprise sales across the UAE and neighbouring markets, defining strategy and building long‑term account relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute regional sales strategy.
- Manage senior sales teams and drive pipeline development.
- Build key account relationships and secure long‑term contracts.
- Support pricing strategy, sales forecasting and CRM discipline.
- Ensure accurate sales reporting and maintain CRM data integrity.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to fuel growth.
Required profile
- Senior B2B sales leadership experience in services, platforms or technology‑driven businesses.
- Strong exposure to enterprise and government sales cycles.
- Proven experience in the UAE or GCC markets.
- Demonstrated commercial ownership and leadership capability.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
