Regional Sales Director – Middle East

About the role

Aston Chambers, a global developer of flavor and ingredient solutions, is looking for an experienced Flavors Sales Director to lead its Middle East business. Based in Dubai and reporting to the Regional Managing Director, you will own the regional business plan, drive sales results and expand key accounts across the Gulf and wider Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy for the Middle East flavors business.
• Take ownership of the regional business plan, sales objectives and commercial results.
• Deliver profitable growth across existing accounts and acquire new customers.
• Build strategic account plans for major and priority growth accounts.
• Identify new markets, customer segments, applications and product opportunities.
• Lead customer projects from opportunity through technical development to commercial delivery.
• Coordinate commercial, creative, application, marketing and regulatory resources.
• Lead and develop a local team covering commercial support, food technology, marketing and administration.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior sales leader in the flavors or food‑and‑beverage sector.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to set strategic direction.
• Hands‑on leadership style with a focus on customer engagement.
• Experience managing cross‑functional teams and regional business plans.
