Regional Sales Engineer - HVAC Indirect

About the role
The Regional Sales Engineer will report to the Sales Director and manage indirect HVAC channels across the Middle East & Africa, focusing on French‑speaking African markets from Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Develop existing distributor channels and create new ones to increase sales volume and revenue.
- Convert inquiries into sales, follow up quotations, place orders and monitor equipment delivery.
- Collaborate with channel partners to achieve regional growth objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3–5 years of direct/indirect sales experience in the HVAC industry, specifically with chillers, AHUs, and FCUs.
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets in the MEA region.
- Fluent in English, Arabic and French.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Required skills
- Technical expertise in chillers, air handling units and fan coil units.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities.
