Regional Sales Manager Middle East & India (Ground Support Equipment)

About the role

The Regional Sales Manager will drive commercial growth for a leading aviation equipment manufacturer across the Middle East and India. Based in Dubai, the role focuses on developing new business, managing key accounts and supporting complex, project‑based sales cycles for ground support equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities throughout the Middle East and India.
• Manage long‑cycle project sales, including tender processes, consultant engagement and coordination with EPC contractors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, integrators and airport stakeholders.
• Provide accurate forecasts, pipeline visibility and market insights to internal leadership.
• Collaborate with technical, product and marketing teams to support customer requirements.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and regulatory developments to inform strategy.
• Conduct customer visits, attend trade shows and support project discussions across the region.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of regional sales experience in industrial equipment, aviation or infrastructure sectors.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi‑stakeholder project cycles.
• Knowledge of the airport industry and procurement processes in the Middle East and India.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
