Registration Coordinator – Billing & Invoicing (Immediate Start)

About the role

You will manage the end‑to‑end registration process for our programmes, handling billing and invoicing while serving as the primary contact for participants. The role requires a detail‑oriented professional who can ensure accurate financial records and a smooth participant experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for all registered participants, answering queries promptly.
• Oversee the full registration cycle, verifying completeness and accuracy of participant data.
• Update the ERP system with participant and financial information.
• Generate invoices and process payments accurately and on time.
• Monitor payment status, track outstanding balances, and follow up as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve registration or billing discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on registration activity and financial status for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field (preferred).
• Proven customer‑service experience with a focus on professionalism.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail for account reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
